On November 18, the pre-competition training of the 14th National Transportation Industry "Baitong Kexin Cup" New Energy Vehicle Maintenance Worker (Student Group) Vocational Skills Competition, sponsored by the Vocational Qualification Center of the Ministry of Transport, co-organized by the China Automobile Maintenance Equipment Industry Association and Beijing Baitong Kexin Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd., was held in Beijing Baitong Kexin Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. A total of 81 teachers and students from 30 colleges and universities across the country participated in the training.
The pre-competition training is divided into group A and group B, and the theory and practice are separated.
1. Theoretical knowledge training
In order to improve the theoretical knowledge level of the contestants, we invited Ren Chenglong, a member of the competition team and director of the new energy vehicle major of the Vocational Education Center of Shangyu District, Shaoxing City, to conduct training on relevant courses. The content includes the interpretation of technical regulations, the basic principles and theoretical knowledge of related skills, and the solutions and techniques of common problems.
2. Hands-on training
In addition to theoretical training, we will also provide participants with hands-on opportunities so that they can familiarize themselves with the scenarios and problems that may be encountered during the competition. Liu Fengkun, director of the teaching and research department and chief of the comprehensive section of the School of Transportation of Jining Technician College, was invited to simulate the competition environment, conduct practical operation training, conduct practical drills for common problems and difficulties, and organize the contestants to carry out teamwork projects.
Through this training, the level of the contestants will be further improved, and all the participants will be able to have a deeper understanding of the content of the competition and their hands-on ability. The participants said that through this training, they can apply what they have learned, continuously improve their proficient projects, and lay the foundation for the finals.
